Server Specs

OS
Select from CentOS 5.4 - 5.7, 6.2, Debian GNU/Linux 5.0.8, 6.0.1 and Scientific Linux 6.1 or use a combination of OSes within the same environment.
* Dedicated servers are installed with the latest release of the OS (CentOS 5, Debian 5) at the time of set up.
* Free admin server runs only CentOS.
* Please consult us if you prefer an alternative OS/distribution.
Control Panel
Easy server management from your web browser
  • ・ Add, delete, launch, stop and reboot servers, control load balancer settings
  • ・ Manage multiple apps (contracts) from one control panel
  • ・ Display IP addresses and host names. Tag nodes for better visibility.
  • ・ View estimated daily usage costs.
Load Balancer
  • ・ High performance load balancer, redundant configuration
  • ・ Free of charge
  • ・ Easy configuration from control panel ? no complex settings required.
  • ・ Balancing of nodes using http communication (least connection)
Fusion-io ioDrive Duonew
Servers equipped with Fusion-io's ioDrive are available for customer's who require faster disk I/O. The ioDrive also enables usage of fewer servers.
Please contact us for pricing and specifications.
Data Centers in Japan and the US
Depending on geographic region, platform and other factors our customers can choose from our Japan or US (west coast) based clouds.
10 Gbps Shared Bandwidth
10Gbps shared Internet bandwidth, 1Gbps communication between servers/switches.
Global IP
Two separate global IPs supplied for staging and publishing app.
Private IP
One VLAN provided per customer as a secure Class-C internal network. Virtual IPs may be allocated when for example constructing an Active/Standby LVS within the network.
Please consult us about additional IP addresses and port configuration.
Master Node Admin
Master nodes can be provided for saving/copying server images. Both saving and copying can be completed in just a few clicks from the control panel. This is a convenient tool for configuring multiple nodes with the same settings. (Add master nodes from the control panel)
Surveillance Tools
Nagios/cacti come preinstalled on management nodes for critical resource surveillance.
Admin node
1 Type XS node provided free as SSH platform.

Master Node Admin Functions

Master node configurations can be copied to other nodes in their entirety. There is no need to repeat the same setup process over and over again for each new node. A global IP is allocated to the master node for testing of billing APIs etc.

Example Set up Process

Setup

  1. 1. Connect to master node via admin node using SSH to deploy necessary middleware, the app etc.
  2. 2. When master node configuration is complete save the master node from the control panel.
  3. 3. When setting up new servers from the control panel select the image saved above.
  4. 4. Copy image from the master node to configure new node in as fast as 5 minutes.

Notes:

  • ・Master nodes can be added from the control panel.
  • ・Master node generation management not available.
  • ・Please consult us about port configuations.

Access Analytics: KPI Reporting System

Access analytics and monitoring are critical when fine tuning apps, and we have develpoped tools especially for the task.
By outputting the Apache log using a designated method, basic stats like PVs and UUs are presented in graphical format together with information including play time and exit events, providing essential data for application tuning. Analyze data for any platform based on OpenSocial.

KPI Reporting System Image

Standard Features

The following parameters, taken from the Apache log are displayed via web UI.
